Our Moisture-Resistant Corrugation Adhesive is specially designed for single-facer machines in corrugated box production, offering reliable performance even under high humidity, monsoon, or winter conditions. Made from high-viscosity starch with carefully formulated additives, this ready-to-use powder ensures 100% fiber tear, excellent burst and crush strength, and fast drying for 2-ply and multi-ply boards.

Engineered for high-speed, high-coverage applications, the adhesive maintains consistent viscosity, high track, and gel solids even at low temperatures, allowing seamless processing without the need for extra heating. Its superior penetration forms deep fiber bonds, preventing de-lamination and ensuring uniform flow with no lump formation. Low consumption and high mileage make it highly efficient, while its moisture-resistant properties guarantee strong bonding and high board strength regardless of paper type, GSM, or BF.
