Our Flute Lamination Adhesives are formulated for automatic and semi-automatic flute laminator machines, ensuring superior bonding performance in corrugated box manufacturing. Designed to handle a wide range of BF and GSM papers—including heavy paperboards up to 1000 GSM—these starch-based adhesives deliver quick tack, high bond strength, and rapid drying, enabling seamless production of E, F, and B flute cartons.

Engineered for high-speed laminators running up to 7000 sheets per hour, the adhesive maintains optimal board moisture (8–12%), providing consistent performance across both 3-ply and 5-ply models. The quick-drying properties allow laminated boards to move immediately to the next processing stage, maximizing efficiency and productivity. With stable viscosity (30–40 seconds), uniform flow, and no foaming, our adhesive ensures smooth operation without interruptions or defects.

Compared to PVA glues, our lamination gum powder is more rigid, stronger, and highly economical, making it the preferred choice for manufacturers seeking strength and cost-effectiveness. The adhesive penetrates deeply into fibers, creating fiber-tearing bonds that guarantee high compression and burst strength, while resisting de-lamination and maintaining excellent stability after mixing.

Available in light to dark brown powder with a shelf life of six months, the adhesive is water-soluble, resin-friendly, and tailored in solids and viscosity to match individual machine configurations.
