Our Cold Pasting Gum Powder is specially formulated to deliver superior bonding and quick drying for corrugated boards in semi-automatic and manual plants.
Made from premium starch with advanced additives, it ensures consistent viscosity, high tackiness, and deep fiber-tearing adhesion across 3-ply, 5-ply, and 7-ply boards. A special formulation of adhesive can be made available or semi-automatic plants using 2-ply.
Engineered for a wide range of paper grades and GSM, it performs reliably even under suboptimal conditions, eliminating the need for sun drying or secondary heating. With low consumption, fast drying (under 30 minutes in standard conditions), and excellent burst and crush strength, this gum powder maximizes productivity while ensuring uniform flow, no foaming, and long shelf life.
